Bedside is in Beta Round 1. A real Terms of Service document has not been drafted or reviewed by counsel, and publishing invented legal text would be worse than publishing none.

Meta app review and the TikTok Content Posting API audit both require a live privacy policy URL, so this is a launch blocker rather than a nicety.
